Everything is connected...
For me, keeping yourself healthy means coming back to the idea of connectedness. Everything is connected, like a spider web. Body & mind, we humans among each other, but also with nature. And this basic core of yoga - the dissolving of this separation on all its levels - fascinates me again and again.
I originally come from the sociable and beautiful Upper Bavaria, where I was always outdoors in nature as a small child. The mountains are my second home. Nature with all its facets has always fascinated me, which is why I decided to study biology. And what became more and more clear to me with every experience, with all the knowledge: Everything is connected, we, nature, we with nature.
Sport has always been an important part of life for me. Board sports & alpine mountain sports are my thing. But something was missing, because what we often forget - THE central point in us - I didn't pay attention to for a long time. my spirit And then came yoga...
Yoga creates connection. Yoga is a "WorkIn" instead of a WorkOut. Body & Mind, everything is one - everything has an effect on the unity.
After my studies, I wanted to expand all this knowledge and see it with my own eyes. So I packed my things and traveled the world to learn more about our fragile ecosystems and most importantly to experience different cultures and philosophical approaches. Hinduism in Bali and Malaysia, Buddhism in Thailand, indigenous tribes in Canada, the power of nature and our energy in Portugal, endless expanses in Australia...
Back home I was drawn out into nature. That's how I got to the Schweizerhof in the beautiful Swabian Jura and finally back to Studgart.
After almost 10 years of yoga practice and many ups and downs, I wanted to delve deeper into this world and did my yoga teacher training at Yogawerk Reutlingen. Yoga with all facets experience, understanding of body, energy and nature, tolerance among us. That's what drives me.
